OLD BUSINESS

Delivery of plaque for Mr. Amidon, Mr. Amidon and his family were very appreciative to all of us and our group. Thank you for all who donated.




NEW BUSINESS

Members voted on a vice president and a secretary. The results are as follows: Celinda Vice President and Isela P Secretary. CONGRATULATIONS!


Carina announced that they got a transfer therefore she is resigning to her current position of Treasurer.
Voting for this position will take place at our next meeting.



Bowling night Sept 10th. More details will be sent out.



Play dates: October play date will be at Natalie’s house



Veronica will host a girls night out at her house, members will be given the chance to bring items to sell such as jewelry, bow holders, bows and things of that sort. October 2nd @ 7pm



We decided on collecting gift cards for Mary Jane S and her family, anyone who wanted to donate would let Natalie know and she would collect them and deliver them to Southbound.



School registration dates.



Tax free weekend Aug 21 thru Aug 23.
