I recently moved out of the Holly Apartments because my Apt had a leak every 2 weeks. The apt was full of mold including the carpet. The owner suggested to shampoo my carpet on my expense and they would paint the wall. They seem like the best apartment but they are not. I know that most families come to relocate from miles away and living in this conditions with children is not acceptable.
Hello everyone, well i can relate to andie there.There is not a week that we do not have a leak. The water is yellow and we have asked countless times to take care of the problem. There has been a change in office managment and that sad cause Ms. Martinez and Betty were very helpful with any problems we faced but now it seems like our request fall on deaf ears. We will not be renewing and cant wait for our lease to be up and move. Yes they have nice yards and pools but they are not best thay really suck.. hope you can help new agents find a good place, and if they do saty here at Holly be prepared for he leaks!!!! oh and by the way there is a deal about the water heaters they are connected in a way that we end up paying for other peoples water. My husband is still looking into it and trying to figure it out. I know for a fact that that is against the law... please spred the word. take care. fl
Sorry to here Florid9908, our family just moved in on the 15th. No problems yet. All though the office help is not very familiar with the complex and rarely offers beneficial information. The laundry room is a mess! and the Playground well it speaks for it self. I am hoping that The Residence up across from the hospital is finished by the time our 6 months are up.
Wow! Thank you for the list of temporary apartment rental providers. I was really looking for a place where I can stay for my vacation. And then luckily I found this.
